ITEC is the provider of docuTRAK Correspondence Management platform that will enable Organizations to receive correspondences and e-Service requests online from their business community, then route them internally and have them Digitally Signed until a response is ready to be delivered online. Users throughout the organization can initiate cases internally to perform various business processes. docuTRAK also enables the distribution of policies and procedures internally throughout the organization as well as to the external business community.
The docuTRAK platform may be accessed from Azure Marketplace. The platform is governed by ITEC Annual Subscription License (ASL) Terms and Conditions as provided on the Azure Marketplace.
“Client” means the Organization that will be running the docuTRAK platform;
“Application” means the docuTRAK Platform that is configured for a specific Client based on the configuration data requested by ITEC and provided by the Client;
“User” means the individual who will be using the Application on their Mobile or Tablet device;
“Mobile App” means the App titled docuTRAK and made available for download on AppStore or Play Store.
“Annual Subscription License ASL Terms & Conditions” means the license to use the Application by a Client organization governed by ITEC ASL Terms and Conditions as provided on the Azure Marketplace;
“Services” means the services to be provided by ITEC on the Application through the Azure Marketplace;
“Maintenance” means maintenance services delivered by ITEC on the Application according to the ASL Terms and Conditions;
“Subscription” means the subscription type from the different platform levels selected by a Client based on number of internal users, number of external users, number of signing users, and storage volume. The usage of the Subscription is exclusively limited to the Client organization and their business community for their business purposes. Towards the end of the Subscription Period and no less than 14 days prior to its expiry you will be notified by Azure Marketplace of the expiry date on daily basis. Access to the Azure Marketplace will be automatically closed on the expiry date unless a confirmation for renewal of Subscription is received through the Azure Marketplace;
“Access Link” means the URL link that will be provided by ITEC based on a Subscription request from the User. This Link, together with a Username & Password will be delivered by ITEC to the User to enable them to access the Application.
“Demo Platform” means the docuTRAK platform that had been setup for usage purposes by prospective Clients on demonstration basis. The Demo Platform will be setup for public usage and is therefore not licensed to any specific Client. Users on the Demo Platform will be allowed to access it for a period of 30 calendar days.
THE SERVICES DURING THE DEMO PERIOD ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ITEC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT ANY SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, OR SERVICES FURNISHED OR PROVIDED HEREUNDER SHOULD (A) BE OF ANY PARTICULAR QUALITY (WHETHER MERCHANTABLE, SATISFACTORY, OR OTHERWISE), (B) BE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE (EVEN IF ITEC HAS BEEN INFORMED OF SUCH PURPOSE) OR BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULTS, OR (C) BE SUBJECT TO ANY OTHER SIMILAR STANDARDS WHICH MIGHT OTHERWISE BE IMPLIED UNDER THE LAW OF ANY COUNTRY IN WHICH ANY SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, OR SERVICES FURNISHED OR PROVIDED HEREUNDER MAY BE USED. ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT IS UNENFORCEABLE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, ITEC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, OR SERVICES FURNISHED OR PROVIDED TO CLIENT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
ANY DATA ENTERED INTO THE DEMO PLATFORM INSTANCES SHOULD BE ENTERED FOR TEST PURPOSES ONLY. ALL DATA ENTERED WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST AT THE END OF THE DEMO PERIOD.
